Return & Refund Policy

All items are final sale. We do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the item you received is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery at mr.pachi@pachipachi.us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We cannot assist with any claims made after this window.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 72 hours so we can resolve the issue.

Customs, Duties & International Orders

All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or refusal to accept delivery, we will not issue a refund. These are not considered fulfillment errors.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Any issue reported after the 72-hour window

Refunds (If Applicable)

If your request is approved due to a confirmed issue with your order, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the transaction.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without needing to provide justification.

To be eligible for a return under this policy:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
